To this end, we have collected the most important questions from car manufacturers, importers, retail and after-sales managers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Our EV Studies 202<\/strong>6<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>With the <strong>EV buyer Persona Study<\/strong>, we are launching a new study on target group segmentation in the EV market.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are taking a closer look at the used EV market with the <strong>EV Used Cars Study<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>EV Retail Study <\/strong>analyses the experiences of EV buyers at all touchpoints of the purchasing process, from the information phase to the post-purchase phase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As usual, our flagship <strong>EV Satisfaction Study <\/strong>collects data on usage habits, potential problems, an assessment of the level of maturity and recommendations on all EV-specific features and functions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The new <strong>EV Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) Study <\/strong>analysed usage habits, potential problems, an assessment of the degree of maturity and recommendations for the most important assistance systems in 2025.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ranges remain critical: this is why the <strong>EV Range Study<\/strong>, in 2025,<strong> <\/strong>is the first to determine the sweet spot of range and charging capacity for different vehicle segments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The 2025 launched <strong>EV Tyre Study <\/strong>examines the purchasing behaviour and experiences of EV drivers with various tyres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>With the <strong>EV After-Sales Study<\/strong>, we are once again surveying experiences with software updates, hotlines, battery tests, etc. in addition to classic workshop topics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the vehicle-related studies, we will of course also be conducting some studies on charging in 2026. They also determine which solutions are convincing and which product features still need to be improved.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-generic-accordion generic-accordion\"><details id=\"benchmarking\"><summary class=\"accordion-title\">BENCHMARKING<\/summary><div class=\"accordion-text\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">EV studies on vehicle manufacturers, importers, dealers, after-sales and the hotline<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In a dynamic, fast-growing market, everyone benefits. That&#8217;s good, but it masks the weaknesses in supply. As soon as supply catches up with demand, this takes its toll and leads to surprises for many manufacturers. This is exactly what happened after the sudden end of state subsidies at the end of 2023, which has already caused numerous companies to experience economic problems, including insolvency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To prevent this from happening, manufacturers need feedback from users. Quickly, systematically collected and processed and, of course, unembellished.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For this reason, USCALE benchmarking studies on customer satisfaction with car brands show which brands are falling behind the competition and why. Developers also receive precise information on which technical concepts are well received by customers and which are not.
