In addition to the large <strong>energy suppliers<\/strong> and <strong>municipal utilities<\/strong>, <strong>car manufacturers<\/strong>, former <strong>oil companies<\/strong>, <strong>retailers <\/strong>and many others are entering the market. As a result, <strong>competition <\/strong>is now increasing significantly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suppliers must therefore differentiate themselves. To do this, they need up-to-date data on their <strong>own competitive position<\/strong> and the <strong>strengths and weaknesses<\/strong> of their own offerings compared to those of their competitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>USCALE asks EV drivers which eMSPs and CPOs they actively use but also which they prefer. We then <strong>develop customer value profiles<\/strong> for the various provider groups. This is why eMSPs and CPOs need to successfully position their own offering in the face of tough competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>USCALE studies answer the most important questions of product managers and show what is important:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>What is your <strong>own competitive position<\/strong>? Which KPIs are relevant?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Which <strong>trends <\/strong>need to be considered?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What <strong>pain points<\/strong> need to be addressed and overcome?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What are the different <strong>target groups<\/strong>?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Which <strong>charging use cases<\/strong> are relevant for which target group?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How do your own offers need to be <strong>positioned<\/strong>?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What role does the <strong>charging app<\/strong> play? Which <strong>features <\/strong>are necessary and add real value?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Which <strong>payment methods<\/strong> need to be offered?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and much more.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-generic-accordion generic-accordion\"><details id=\"developer-and-product-owner\"><summary class=\"accordion-title\">Developer and Product Owner<\/summary><div class=\"accordion-text\">\n<p>Electromobility and charging technology are making enormous progress. As a result, the range of features on offer is constantly growing. Product owners must therefore ask themselves which ideas and concepts have particular potential. At the same time, developers and project managers need to keep a close eye on costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>USCALE studies answer the most important questions of product owners and show what is important:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>What are the <strong>usage habits<\/strong> and how would customers like to use the charging technology?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Which <strong>features <\/strong>are really important? And which ones only increase the <strong>costs <\/strong>but not the <strong>customer benefit<\/strong>?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Which <strong>operating aspects<\/strong> need to be considered? What does this mean for usability?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Which <strong>authorisation and payment methods<\/strong> are particularly relevant?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What differences in the <strong>target groups<\/strong> need to be taken into account?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and much more.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-generic-accordion generic-accordion\"><details id=\"marketing\"><summary class=\"accordion-title\">Marketing<\/summary><div class=\"accordion-text\">\n<p>The segmentation of target groups in the e-car market follows different rules. This is why familiar segmentation schemes such as SINUS are only of limited help in the current market phase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>USCALE studies answer the most important questions for marketing managers.
