It clearly shows which systems meet customer expectations and where there is potential for optimisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For manufacturers and sales organisations, the study provides a sound basis for decision-making in order to strategically manage the further development of their system landscape, compare market and competitive positions, and define future product priorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, it supports the adaptation of existing training and communication measures, both in retail and in customer dialogue, to the requirements of increasingly connected and autonomous vehicles.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-generic-accordion generic-accordion\"><details id=\"dashboard-for-analysis\"><summary class=\"accordion-title\">Dashboard for analysis<\/summary><div class=\"accordion-text\">\n<p>Many exciting insights only become apparent when the results are evaluated separately for important customer groups.
