The remaining N = 418 were asked about the status of their planning, their requirements, the involvement of partners, the solution they are seeking, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Objectives of the study:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Where do companies stand in Germany? What do they think about the electrification of their fleets? What <strong>objectives <\/strong>are they pursuing?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Which <strong>use cases<\/strong> are relevant? Which <strong>solutions <\/strong>are they looking for for which use cases?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are they looking for <strong>one-stop-shop solutions<\/strong>? In addition to fleet managers, the survey therefore also asked managing directors, buyers, HR managers, etc. who are involved in and\/or have a say in the electrification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Companies that are not yet considering the electrification of their fleets were asked about their reasons, but then excluded from the survey.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-generic-accordion generic-accordion\"><details id=\"value-added-and-benefit-for-manufacturerer-and-service-provider-for-depot-and-other-company-charging-use-cases\"><summary class=\"accordion-title\">Value added and benefit for manufacturerer and service provider for depot and other company charging use-cases<\/summary><div class=\"accordion-text\">\n<p>The study is aimed primarily at <strong>manufacturers, operators <\/strong>and <strong>service providers <\/strong>in the public charging infrastructure sector, as well as <strong>retailers <\/strong>and <strong>employers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The survey provides a precise picture of current user behaviour, user pain points and user needs. This enables charging technology manufacturers, operators and service providers to prioritise their investments and align them with quotations that lead to the highest demand, the highest customer loyalty and thus the highest sales.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The study shows retailers the huge potential for attracting EV drivers to their own stores, motivating them to stay longer and buying more, by offering the right charging options.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-generic-accordion generic-accordion\"><details id=\"dashboard-for-analysis\"><summary class=\"accordion-title\">Dashboard for analysis<\/summary><div class=\"accordion-text\">\n<p>Many exciting findings only become apparent when the results are evaluated separately according to important customer groups. This allows providers to target their offers to different user segments in a differentiated way.
